I'm excited to share a bit about myself. I was born and raised in Japan, but I have called Canada home since 2006. After my own autoimmune reversing experience, I became strongly interested in the power of a holistic health approach. That's what led me to complete a holistic nutrition school and follow several specialized programs such as clinical supplementation, clinical detoxification, and digestive health.

I'm eager to help others in their own journeys toward optimal health.
